Export a document (HTML, RTF, PDF)

Focused lets you export to HTML and RTF while also being able to save documents as PDF. Exporting to HTML, RTF and PDF makes is easy to share & publish documents, or to import them to other apps.
Export to HTML
To export the current document as an HTML file:
- Choose File > Export To > HTML... (Command-Shift-E)
- Confirm the name of the document, where it is to be exported to, then press Export
Export to RTF
Just like exporting to HTML, to export a document to RTF:
- Choose File > Export To > RTF... (Command-Option-E)
- Confirm the name of the document, where it is to be exported to, then press Export
Save as PDF
To save a document to PDF:
- Choose File > Print (Command-P)
- In the presented print window, select the PDF menu then choose Save as PDF... (as shown below)
