How do I turn sounds On/Off?

Soundtrack and controls
Options to Play/Pause the soundtrack, or skip to the Next/Previous track are available in the Zen menu. Useful shortcuts for each option are available too:
- Command-Shift-Period (.) Play/Pause soundtrack
- Command-Shift-] Play next soundtrack
- Command-Shift-[ Play previous soundtrack
You can also choose which soundtrack to play by selecting from the available soundtracks shown in Focused's Preferences. Show the Preferences window by choosing Focused > Preferences... (Command-Comma).
User interface sound effects
Turn the user interface sound effects On/Off by toggling the Play user interface sound effects option in Focused's Preferences.
