Adding Images to Focused

How do I insert an image into a Focused document? What is the path I need to use?

I believe the image is inserted correctly (I can get a preview via Sublime Text) but it won't preview here.

Just figured it out (and it's something you guys should look at):
My folder had a "?" in the name and that seemed to trip up the app. When I take the "?" out of the folder name, the image appears perfectly.
Now, what's left is the line looks funky (a double line with an x in the middle) vs. standard edition line. Is there a reason for this?
