Scroll in Focused wont go away.

Hi there,
starting recently, whenever I launch a new document in Focused, I have a white scroll bar that never vanishes. Is there a solution to this?

Can I check if you have the option to always show scroll bats switched on in System Preferences. To my knowledge this is the only situation where you will constantly see the scroll bar in white?
